WANT TO TRY PILATES BUT AREN’T SURE HOW TO BEGIN?
We've got you. First-time clients will receive a postural assessment and personalized Pilates instruction at our intimate studio. We will provide instruction on all of the equipment so that you have a clear understanding of how each everything works. We will help you execute Pilates and Body Balance Suspension activities with a concentration on maintaining proper form.
Introductory Package: $300 for Four Sessions

Mat classes are held with a maximum of 6 students.
All classes and sessions are one hour in length.
Private and semi-private sessions are by appointment only.
All classes need to be booked one day in advance.
Drop-ins are only accepted if the class has availability.
Private, duet and trio sessions cancellations require 24 hour notice.
